This year has been stressful enough with the online schooling, the COVID-19 breaking out and the riots that broke out this summer. Between midterms being under our belt and going into the final stretch towards finals, it’s going to be very stressful. Here are some ways to relax and relieve stress after taking your midterms.

Listening to music– Helps with relieving any and all stress that you had after taking your mid-terms and has been proven to boost your mood.

Go for a walk– Exercise not only helps you stay fit, but it also helps relieve
the stress and tension that most likely built up in your body as you were studying
for exams.

Hang out with friends– It’s good to hang out with friends because it takes your mind off of your midterms and gives you a mental break and lets you have a social life instead of just studying and doing schoolwork all day.

Watching movies– Like listening to music, watching movies can also relieve stress, help you relax, boost your mood and can help take your mind off of your midterms and gives you that mental break that you need.

Take a nap– After taking your midterms, you deserve to take a rest be-
cause taking tests and doing schoolwork is exhausting and you need to recharge your energy for the finals!
